Main responsibilities in the Loviisa NPP safety automation renewal project; Reviewing and approving supplier BD & DD documentation as the Licensee I&C design responsible; Functioning as an on-site interface between the power plant, the purchaser project organisation and the supplier; Supporting the testing-, installation- and commissioning managers, and purchaser engineering subproject design responsible; Issuing project instructions, installation scheduling and outage work planning.

Supervision of safety I&C testing and commissioning; Elaboration of project instructions, review test and commissioning documents, resource and schedule handling; supervision and planning of software testing in Bratislava (SVK) 05/2013 – 09/2013 and FAT in Erlangen (DE) 09/2013 – 06/2014.

Design and commissioning of I&C system modifications; Peer review of design and qualification documentation; Preparation of system and equipment analysis for safety I&C system modifications in compliance with authority requirements and nuclear standards; Participation as I&C expert in modernization projects, plant aging management, acquisition of safety I&C spare parts and supplier audits; Leading and quality control of I&C system modifications; Guidance and supervision of external design resources.

The main responsibilities were; Design and commissioning of modification works in the plant I&C systems; Peer review of design and qualification documentation; Preparation of system and equipment analysis for safety I&C system modifications in compliance with authority requirements and nuclear standards; Participation as I&C expert in modernization projects.

Responsibilities; I&C design and supporting tasks; Thesis topic was to design the modernization of the PCP shaft seal test equipment automation (with Siemens S7-300 and WinCC HMI).
