• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) • Active source of new candidates using social media and database • Screen and schedule interviews with suitable candidates • Personal interviews with part time/internship candidates • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Engage in company events preparations - employment branding
