Additional to the tasks as Team Leader, my role is covering companywide strategic corporate topics in the Task Force under Lonza CHRO • Global HR Target Operation Model incl. Culture & Leadership set-up and requirements • Leader Global Workday set-up stream o Reports / Dashboards Business integrated for HR and Managers o Processes - Rework and streamlining of HR business processes in and outside workday o Training - Global onboarding and training for all employees

• Establishment of a HR Analytics&Reporting Department, the end-to-end processes and the standard operation processes • Creating / Developing / Improving / Maintaining of ad-hoc and lasting reports, dashboards and embedded analytics to provide the stakeholders HR data • Empowering stakeholders by creation and implementation of training sessions globally • Predict future organization and environment scenarios to help the stakeholders to make the right decisions on a case and/or project basis
