• Conducted a project together with two other students from SSE. The main objective of the project was to evaluate the knowledge sharing and the information flows within Business Unit Radio (BURA). The task was to identify key improvement areas in the information flows and what could be done to improve the internal learning process. • Developed a tool, which combines inputs and outputs of several MS Office programs through VBA and produces a visual output required by the sales team.

• Evaluated an existing and developed a new medium-term macroeconomic forecasting model for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia. • Conducted various market research.

• Generated various ad-hoc, regular KPI, and business analysis reports. • Developed a number of tools for simplification of repetitive tasks. • Analyses the hypothetical performance of alternative policies. • Used VBA and SQL extensively.

• Monitored and published economic, financial, and FX market news. • Gathered expert opinions about economic situation in different regions of the world for a monthly sentiment index.
