The main duties are: 1. Engineering and managing the end-to-end loan processes (products – plastic cards, cash loans, car loans, mortgages and credit history bureaus interaction) including description, process schemes, BRDs, regulations, reporting. 2. Application management. Support and role management of the applications used within the processes. 3. Credit processes regulation maintenance 4. Interaction with Credit history bureaus (contract issues, service management, other questions)

Management and development of Collection process (retail, SME, corporate)

Main functions and responsibilities: Collection and analysis of the business-users’ information, process maps creation (as-is/to-be). Suggestion and implementation of the existing processes optimization ways.

Business process optimization: - information collection (functions, resources, participants, aims, information, results, events, way and sequence of events); - models creation/description of investigated processes; - possible changes analysis; - optimized processes’ changes introduction in regulations; - participation in internal audit inspections; - analysis and suggestion of the existing processes optimization ways.
