Key Achievements: • Implementation of preventive maintenance for a 5-storey office building from the initial stage. • Have achieved 100% Level 1 Accessibility according to WFP Standards for all country and field offices. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure and engineering systems across 1 country, 3 field, and 2 satellite offices, with a focus on ensuring that all workspaces are functional, safe, inclusive, and conducive to employee productivity.

• Manage the maintenance team (HVAC Engineer, Clean Utilities Engineer, Mechatronics Specialist) and outsourced companies for system operation, service, and maintenance. • Implement capital investment projects for the systems under my responsibility.

New pharmaceutical plant construction - HVAC and Refrigeration part of project implementation from Project to Routine Operational phase. System includes more than 100 AHUs for ventilation of clean rooms (approximately 7000 m2), laboratories and support buildings (more than 20000 m2).
