Senior QA Engineer and Coordinator in the DSPM team, ensuring smooth delivery across virtual sub-teams. Built the QA department at COBE from scratch, growing and leading a team of 8. I managed recruitment and mentoring, supporting career growth and team structure. As a key decision-maker, I defined QA standards for 30+ projects and established a company-wide quality culture. By pushing for early QA involvement in the SDLC, I ensured high standards were integrated from day one rather than just at the release stage.

More than just a tester, I focus on understanding the product and challenging decisions to ensure we build the right thing. I’ve contributed to 30+ diverse projects (Web, Mobile, Backend), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC. My expertise includes full-spectrum testing—functional, exploratory, and automation using Cypress/Playwright (JS/TS)—and creating high-quality, structured documentation.

Focused on bridging the gap between development and quality by shifting from bug catching to prevention. I designed optimized workflows to align QA with the SDLC from day one and mentored teams on practical, results-driven Agile applications. I also specialized in process recovery for complex projects, diagnosing bottlenecks and implementing rapid adjustments to maintain standards and meet deadlines through workshops.

Led IT and accreditation departments for major international sports events, managing complex logistics and large teams of volunteers. • Accreditation and IT Manager (Zagreb 2019): Led IT and accreditation for 1,600 participants and 600+ staff across 9 venues. • Accreditation Manager (EHF EURO 2018): Managed full accreditation and led a team of 20 volunteers for the European Handball Championship. • IT Team Lead (EUG 2016): Coordinated IT setup across 70+ locations for 5,500 athletes and led 25 volunteers.
