• Handle end to end finance operations, transitions (OTC –[order management, customer billing, credit and collections] , PTP -[vendor payables, purchase order management, helpdesk], RTR – [reporting and variance analysis, taxation , financials of a client]) - For an electronics client • Responsible for the P&L for the client and ensure profitability targets are met • Implemented SAP and transitioned from People-soft. • Lead, motivate and controlled a global team of 200 + people.

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations in the Regions with respect to invoicing and transaction processing and taking care of the daily general ledger accounts and other support services including information systems as per Eastman Kodak guidelines . • Sales & Regional accounting • Receivables management and reply to customer queries. • Inventory management.
