We sell directly to the end user companies & through small re seller network. My duties - manage my team to generate and optimise sales, prepare annual sales plan and forecast, review sales and plan . handle key accounts, research customer requirements and competitors' strategies in the market are the key roles. my duties are extended into adding materials to the portfolio, search for new international suppliers and partners, marketing and promotion.

This organisation is a local NGO in Sri Lanka for mental health (well being) of people and society. I was responsible for total administration of the office and the organisation. This included; manage financial situation, plan and implement fund raising events and projects, organise awareness events and activities, organise training programmes, maintain the psychological counselling project by facilitating the needful and planing the future needs etc.
