During my temporary employment as Senior Training Consultant I devised and prepared course descriptions as well as developed career paths for employees within the economic professional field. I conducted development processes in cooperation with coworkers within several different professional fields, such as law, tax, and economics. I developed skills within copy writing, target group analysis, CRM, and course activities.

My master degree has provided me with expert knowledge within a number of fields, such as Social Network Analysis, marketing, PR, and communications. Perhaps most importantly, it has taught me how to aquaint myself with complex problems, even when they are not within my professional field.
