To maintain AS9100, ISO9001, AQAP2310, To measure process maturity levels according to AS9101 and EFQM, To consult the teams on Lean 6 Sigma Projects and give trainings, To participate OEE and line productivity studies, To participate FMEAs and FTA with Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) conducting statistical analysis studies such as process capability (i.e. Cpk, Ppk) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analyses (MSAs) To measure customer satisfaction (internal/external).

To maintenance of QMS to ensure compliance to regulations, global and local requirements, To perform system, process and product audits, To record compiling risk analysis according to ISO 14971, To prepare technical files in accordance with MDD To be in technical committee team for monitoring and following up ECRs, To support the relevant departments in the preparation of reporting about software validation To control IQ, OQ and PQ reports to ensure process validation conformity to standards.

To coordinate and develop PPAP for Toyota 560A project, To maintain IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, COP, To lead PFMEA and Control Plans teams, To manage MSA and SPC activities, To perform the necessary quality improvement studies in collaboration with other departments, To monitor KPIs, management review outputs and quality meetings (Kanban, waste, etc.) periodically, To follow up returns and leading 8D reports, To follow daily defects found in OE process
