Monitored the escalation, SLA management, resolution of reported problems and change management for all servers; maintained proper escalation matrix for the same Generated various SLA reports, performance reports and conducted analysis for performance parameters Created reports for weekly and monthly review

 Managed the operations for US and Canada delivery support from offshore with 10 members at offshore as per ITIL principles (Incident, Availability and Release management)

 Was a part of Testing team and responsible for manual testing for one of top US client  Performing Manual Testing, Preparing and executing Test Cases, Log Defects in Defect Tracking Tools and Close the Defects  Try and reproduce the issue given in the ticket and find out root cause of the issue  Handling an escalation or concerns raised by the Customer and addressing them once have a discussion with the team.
