• As an Automation Expert my responsibilities are managing the stabilization and automation of 3 positions, mainly using SAP BI, Hyperion, Excel and VBA. I am coordinating the SAP-related UATs within FP&A. Ongoing projects: New digital reporting solutions involving VBA, Alteryx, SQL and Tableau on top of the ERP systems • As an FP&A Lead Analyst I am managing the variable cost, lead time calculation and revenue recognition of the Lighting business

• Fixed-term contract in Madrid for an SAP Implementation project: building up SAP/BW/Cognos financial processes (BS, P&L, volume, brand profitability), providing trainings to end users, post go-live support

• Project manager during the last 6 months: Outsourcing project with colleagues in India, scope was my FP&A operational team • FP&A Team Leader for 2 years with full responsibility for 8 team members dealing with the P&L analysis of EMEA countries • Operational contribution: Improving the financial MEC cycle through automations, high testing and coordinating involvement in Cognos BI and Qlikview implementation projects

• As an FP&A Analyst I was supporting the Zone HQ with P/L and Sales analysis, presentations, forecasting. High technical involvement in Lean projects • Participation in the company’s Management program: series of trainings in Europe to improve both soft and hard skills • Inflow project on financial processes: 3 months in London
