- Coordinated the Local Organizing Committee for the 16th International Symposium on District Heating and Cooling (DHC2018) directly supervising a team of 5 employees. - Managed overall project including finance, public relations, recruitment, website development, paper review and publication arrangement, and project reporting. - Arranged smooth communication among the co-organizing institutions/companies, scientific committee, contributed authors, 250+participants as well as external services.

- Assisted overall store operation and management of one of the largest UNIQLO stores under the supervision of the store manager and the area supervisor. - Instructed and supervised 100+ part-time employees to increase the efficiency of storekeeping tasks while maximizing the customer experience and to achieve high employee satisfaction. - Duties include customer services, inventory management, staff management, business planning, and other managerial tasks.

- Co-facilitated community workshops and meetings with government officials in a project to improve water sanitation and Arsenic contamination issues with a local NGO DASCOH & Swiss Red Cross. - Established and developed the association of International Volunteer Sending Agencies (AUS-AID, JICA, KOICA, UNV, and VSO) to create joint programs to promote deeper understanding in sustainable development as well as to provide an opportunity for agencies to share the experience and knowledge among 120 volunteers.

- Supervised 50 volunteers for a Green Apartment Campaign outreach project cooperating with the Zero Waste program of the City to educate residents & businesses for the new mandatory recycling & composting ordinance. - Summarized collected data from canvassing & neighborhood observations and reported improvement suggestions to the program manager to multiply the impact & the speed of the program. - Contributed the program progress by effective volunteer training and strong leadership to reach goals.

- Managed the recruitment and coordination over 200 volunteers for the first Sunday Streets San Francisco, the pilot project of the City of San Francisco to provide better health and environment for the community. - Trained and supervised trained volunteers to ensure traffic safety of the participants as well as to promote the event. - Budgeted and arranged the required supplies and services for volunteer coordination. - Achieved implementing the program as regular events of the City.
