Everything started out with media and software solutions. Starting in 2007, the team behind invidéa created interdisciplinary projects spanning from interactive video clips for a government e-learning system all way to setting up online shop solutions with individual features and marketing integration. Further operations comprise software development and project management.

Technical Project Lead of international software project, Requirements Engineering, controlling, process management, roll-out management, consulting for non-technical players on customer side, training, team leading, agile methodology, interim product ownership. In addition to that, I took the responsibility for restructuring the team and process setup. In times of change, the customer operations had to be pushed to a more scalable level.

Mission: Lead the software development team through the change of a programming language including a complete restructuring of the development pipeline. Setup agile methodology from scratch and restructure team roles to suit the challenge of entering a new market. Redesign a software platform with the new processes and technologies.

Responsibility: Setup a new online shop for the retailer Netto. Lead an interdisciplinary team, general project management, technical integration of payment solutions, accounting and finance solutions, logistics system, interface to the existing software and hosting system. Budget responsibility for the overall technical area.

Leading a small team of students (economics, media technology and computer science) to build up the tech basis for the e-learning operations of the whole campus. We enhanced the e-learning platform Moodle to bring a better learning experience to the students, created processes for professors and lecturers to setup their e-learning activities online and built up a completely new media software environment to produce media content of university lectures.
