Dr. Nurlan Tokmoldin

I am a researcher in the field of renewable energy and nanomaterials across Germany, the UK and Kazakhstan both as a researcher and project administrator, having won a number of grants from various international institutions. I specialize in new generation photovoltaic technologies, including organic, perovskite and silicon heterojunction solar cells. Previously, I set up and launched the first and only heterojunction silicon solar cell fabrication facility in Central Asia. My project on the development of silicon production and purification technologies for solar industry was showcased at the Astana EXPO 2017 World Exhibition.
