Recruited to a senior supplier quality role to develop suppliers at the global level of the power grid transformers business unit. • Improve quality KPIs and develop new suppliers for a category. Supplier on-site audits and corrective action plans (60 m. USD turnover). • Performance improvement actions by SPE and DMAIC, A3, 8D methodologies. (Qualification rate is improved to 99%) • Conduct part qualifications (following PPAP steps). • Lead the non-conformity resolution in collaboration with the customers.

Recruited to lead quality and material technology requirements of air separation projects. Participate project execution meetings and workshops to carefully fulfill project, client and statutory requirements. • Screen and implement client and local regulatory requirements of a project in Poland with an estimated cost around 165 m. Euros. • Establish code concepts and standards (PED, EN and ASME) for pressure vessels and piping. • Supplier inspection including welding, NDT inspections and document review.

• Lead engineering teams to select materials and develop special processes of critical Turkish Government sponsored projects including Bayraktar’s Smart Micro Munition (MAM) and Aselsan’s Air Defence System (Hisar) with a cost around 105 m. Euro. • Develop metrics utilizing statistical process control for reliability and maintainability (RAMS), FMEA, and root cause analysis. By using DOE, rework rate (project KPI) was decreased by 55%. • Supplier inspection and audit, FAI, and production line qualification.

Relocated to Australia and then to Bali, Indonesia with family. Pursued personal goals to become a registered Yoga teacher.

• NDT process development and supplier inspections of FNSS – Saudi Arabia Phase 2 project with a budget over 322 m. USD. • Management of non-destructive testing (PT, RT, MT, UT) and audits groups. • Initiate non-conformity process and corrective actions (SCAR). By using pareto analysis and 5 whys decreased scrap rate at Supplier’s by 60%. • Develop metrics for statistical process control and regulate process FMEA workshops. • Lead audits to ensure continued accreditation in line with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
