 Based on annual audit plan, executing internal audit activities in accordance with International Internal Auditing Standards.  Carry out inventory counts.  Carry out special projects as requested.  Analyze the business processes with the helping of risk based audit approach.  Sharing audit results and the offering action plans with the head of audit.

-Analyzing and reviewing financial statements of the companies for IFRS and in accordance with CMB regulations and preparing IFRS, USGAAP and CMB reports. -Preparing financial reporting packages for the purpose of the consolidation process and highlights memorandum for the head offices of the companies. -Reviewing the internal controls of the companies and preparing management letter for the determined deficiencies and weaknesses to the company management.
