Monitor the BU Refining and Corporate Center IT projects portfolio, in all stages, from idea, approval flow, execution and post investment analysis, in view of assuring their correct implementation as per Group policies and procedures. Control project execution within timeline and budget. Review, discuss and validate project documentation. Prepare monthly portfolio status reports to Group management

Manage all activities related to the functioning of the division: prepare new collections to be launched, coordinate the activity of the book shops and book caravans and the sales activity through third party channels, manage the budgeting process; Prepare and implement the restructuring plan of the division based on a decentralization principle; Monitor the division cash flow and manage the relationship with the suppliers in an economic downturn;

Promote the project management discipline and create a project management culture within the company; Implement a project approval and selection procedure and supervise the project selection and implementation process; Coordinate large scale projects spanning across several departments; Manage the implementation of projects outside the core business of the company; Perform due diligence processes and create the business plans for M&As or the opening of new lines of business.

Coordinate the projects included in the Operational Excellence program of the Retail Business Unit for the optimization of existing business flows (process redesign, system integrations, new software implementation); Supervise the activity of the different project managers and participate in the Steering Committee meetings; Aggregate the project reporting to the top management, at Business Unit level. Total program budget: USD 9 mm

Prepare and supervise the implementation of Rompetrol Gas (Rompetrol Group’s LPG company) investment plan for expansion at national level through acquisition of new LPG stations and doubling the number of LPG cylinders and cylinder point of sales; Identify potential acquisition targets on the Romanian market and abroad (due diligence reports, business plans);

Responsible for the alignment of Rompetrol’s retail policy with the development projects implemented in the subsidiaries; Project management activities in projects at central or local level; Coordination of due diligence activities for various mergers & acquisitions projects;
