Responsible for managing the switchboard and reception and different administrative tasks such as making purchase orders and requisitions using the tool SAP and responsible for the coordination’s of the employees’ apartments and mobile phones.

Responsible for managing the switchboard and the reception. Besides that I handled incoming and outgoing post, helped preparing materiel and files to different courses that NASDAQ OMX Commodities offers its customers.

I learned taking advantage of management opportunities in an increasingly mobile and international employment market. I studied and worked in teams with people from the entire world which improved my communications and people skills and developed my problem-solving abilities.
