• Analysis of error patterns and derivation of corrective measures (P/FMEA, DMAIC, Ishikawa, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why etc.) • Ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN 1090, ISO 3834) • Use of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure the effective introduction of new products • Coordination of supplier sampling processes (PPAP) • Perform and report welding controls according to ISO 5817 • Creation of welding instructions (WPS) and Welding Maps
