In the relevant unit that produces composite parts for aviation and space applications, I manage the teams that perform functions such as clean room operations, routing, machining, minor repairs, RTM, SQRTM, autoclave and oven curing, quality control, fabric cutting, etc. together with 20 engineers who report directly to me. Total population of the manufacturing area is about 400 personnel.

- Leading lay-up, ply-cut, RTM, metal bonding production groups - Leading composite manufacturing areas’ 6 sigma projects. - Making manufacturing for well-known aerospace manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Sikorsky, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Spirit etc. - Lean transformation agent for composite production. - Member of CIB (Change Implementation Board.

- Generating master production schedules for metallic manufacturing area’s task centers for some projects like Bombardier CS100 and CS300 fixed trailing edge, F-35 central fuselage, Airbus Military A400M, Boeing, Airbus A319-320-321 section 18, Sikorsky, Anka, Atak, Stork Fokker, ATR-72, Eurocopter EC-135 etc. - Material planning for metallic production department - Organizing storage areas according to 5s and productivity tools.

- Optimization of fabric orders - Creating MPS (Master production schedule) for Duzce facility - Organizing subcontracted printing and embroidery operations - Managing methods engineering and BOM (Bill of material) team - Following up orders by the critical path method - Generating pre/post cost reports - Dealing with new subcontractors - Productivity analyzes.
