Development of advanced high strength automotive steel grades. Planning and conduction of laboratory tests and trial in-line productions. Solving metallurgical problems occurred during routine production. Optimizing production lines for production of advanced high strength steels.

Direct manager of 150 associates. Conduct continuous improvement and six sigma projects to improve overall production rate, quality, and work safety. Investigate and analyze problems and apply solutions that arise at the production lines. Manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are adequately met according to standards and requirements.
