* Developing and articulating creative vision for all digital projects, social media campaigns, apps, and other interactive experiences. * Leading and inspiring a team of 20 people to foster a collaborative and high-performing creative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. * Built up interactive experience for Axe which was not only for mobile or web but also integrated in outdoor which short listed in Cannes, won various awards in national and international advertising awards.

* Defined the vision and creative direction for the agency. * Represented the agency at industry events and conferences such as All Design event. * Built up and innovation oriented joint venture of creative teams, “MadLab” which delivered spectacular projects such as “Live Table” for Mercedes-Benz Turk. * Became the social media digital solution partner of Mavi, the biggest jeans company in Turkey.

* The digital agency of Saatchi & Saatchi Istanbul. Joined the agency as the creative director and after 1 year, took the VP responsibility as well. * Created various “media firsts” such as Turkey’s first Instagram hashtag campaign (Efes Pilsen), world’s first fully digitally integrated music festival (One Love Festival), Facebook’s first karaoke campaign with a well known rap singer (PO). * The “Love Cookies” (Kitchenette) campaign and “FaceJuke” campaign both won many national and international awards.
