I am responsible for organising and executing the Academic Introductory Days for the MA IBC 2017 programme. Tasks include: the establishment of a team of guides, arranging sponsorships, communication with faculty and guest speakers, presentation making and event coordination.

I was involved in all operations and responsible for the shop during several days a week. I improved my teamwork, verbal communication, numeracy, time management and prioritisation. I learned how important it is for a great customer awareness, to possess and put to use my integrity, resilience and persuasion, alongside with my working under pressure, initiative and motivation capabilities.

- Development and implementation of European and local eCommerce initiatives - Management of digital projects including the relaunch of brand.com websites, development of widgets and apps, production of online videos, SEO and social media activations - Creation and implementation of traditional shopper marketing activations

Responsible for promoting the Hotel in travelling agencies and partners; in charge of the activities shop from the Hotel; in charge of the Funzone area; responsible for checking the rooms and for receiving the guest to their table on the breakfast lobby.

The concentration Intercultural Marketing offers the opportunity to work with strategic planning of marketing processes in companies and to learn how they relate to the company’s resources, its environment surroundings and the current market situation.
