As HR Total Rewards Consultant I support the Total Rewards (TR) Team in Germany with design and delivery of a defined set of TR Solutions focusing on compensation topics. In close collaboration with the other members of our TR Team and the HR organization I strive to deliver an excellent service and exceptional HR experience to our customers.

As HR Service Consultant I support Hiring Managers in order to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruiting process for limited positions within Germany (e.g. interns, working students etc.). Therefore, I work close with other HR teams (Data Management, Legal, Total Rewards) and HR BPs. Ability to communicate through all level of organization as well as providing competent advise to Managers on all recruiting related topics through the complete hiring cycle are key aspects of my daily job.
