I've organized the LCDS process, communication system and was responsible for improvement based on analytics. "Pocket Guard" is a mobile app for managing personal finance of USA clients with predictable tools and models based on INTUIT APIs.

I was leading the concept creation and realization of new products responsible for transactions increase. There was launched technology of personal offers based on bank's acquiring which become a core component for new types of loyalty programs.

I was responsible for any interaction with a client, go-to-market strategy and business growth: - UX in a 5 channels (prototyping): web platform, private banking profile, self-service terminals, ATM, phone and bank's offices. - Internet marketing, communications, and advertisement campaigns. - Automate the manual processes.
