Credit Risk Management (Commercial Banking) Markt Folge Functions: advising with regard of credit decisions on new facilities and reviews, participation of the negotiations of the credit documentation and TS, examination of conditions precedent, monitoring disbursement process, rating validation, internal communication within wholesale banking division with regard to different credit risk issues (internal sign-off).

Structuring, Documentation, Credit Process in Export Structured Finance Team with focus on German and Italian Speaking ECAs. Functions: managing of a deal portfolio, preparation of the credit reviews, responding the requests of the customer, examination of conditions precedent, monitoring and coordination of disbursement process, support of the development of client relationship, drafting of term sheets, loan documentation, credit application.

Functions: description and analysis of transaction, including: production of credit proposals, presentation of risk and creditworthiness approval process, presentation and analysis of annual figures, review of loan documentation in regard of structural and technical feasibility, negotiation of issues regarding risk, coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties.

Functions: credit and financial analysis, rating process, risks and limits monitoring, reporting, analysis of the complex financing projects and preparation of the project documentation including information memorandum, credit application, etc., risk and value analysis for an acquisition financing of the close insurance funds, e.g. credit analysis for MPC Leben IV and V, Paerl Group (embedded value analysis, rating, calculation of the maximum lending amount).

Functions: Participated in different projects in connection with analysis of markets and companies, company valuation, e.g. within the squeeze out process of BHF Bank, preparation of the pitch presentations e.g. for Sparkassenversicherungen Sachsen or Dexia, strategic consulting projects,

Functions: working on the graduation thesis, participation in the development the score cards (e.g. for the CC Bank) as well as participation on the other rating projects, preparation and verification of the project data base, preparation of the project documentation and project presentations, definition of analysis criteria, etc.

Functions: preparation, analysis and verification of daily, weekly and monthly profit and loss reports, participation in the team meetings, internal communication and reporting, risk controlling (sensitivity analysis, limits monitoring, etc), preparation of internal documentation (e.g. workflows) .
