• Managing Multinational accounts and be the first point of contact for all customer queries (e.g. finance, order management & post-sales technical queries) • Manage and analyse customer order scheduling and execution against Customer SLA • To escalate open order management issues to Exception Management role and seek approvals where necessary. • Demand planning forecast gathering, analysis and management team feedback

• End to end order fulfilment for the indirect Business. • Focal point for subsidiaries on supply related matters. • Manage Order Cycle Time and Past due towards Business Practices goals. • Manage and analyse customer order scheduling and execution. • Work with HP suppliers/buyers around the world to increase supply availability. • Work together with the Business Unit and Sales & Marketing groups in Munich, Manufacturing in Scotland, Corporate groups and Subsidiaries in Europe.
