Helped operate and administer an order entry & processing front-end system for a mainframe-based customer care & billing system. Developed and maintaining C/C++ utilities to simplify system administration and operations. Helped adapt the existing software development documentation and work-product framework from a structured development methodology to an object-oriented development methodology. Helped develop, maintain and supporting a travel expense management system. Helped to develop and maintain a large-scale payroll system, which was part of a larger human resources management system. (Part-time employment while at university from October 1993.)
