Responsible for making sure all new candidates are trained and compliant so they are ready to work. Keeping track of all current and working candidates in various spreadsheets to track progress and availability. Liaising with potential candidates, colleagues and referees across the country over the phone and via email. Interviewing candidates, making sure they’re experienced and suitable to provide care to our clients.

Responsible for processing wages including printing, filing and posting wages to respective clients. Use of various software packages such as Moneysoft Payroll Manager. Dealing with problems and queries from clients in a helpful and timely manner. Setting up new employees and companies on payroll software. Pension auto enrollment, which includes setting up small companies onto pension schemes and liaising with clients.
