- Main area of sourcing : Sales and Pre-Sales roles for CoreTech and additional roles in Apps, all in the EMEA Region - Strategic sourcing for active and passive prospects using innovative sourcing techniques and a great variety of sources - Taking ownership of the candidate research cycle and subsequent delivery of high calibre individuals to the lead recruiter - Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database

- Responsible for end to end recruitment process - Maintaining a constant communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline and candidate status, trends and analysis of the employment market; - Maintaining a close relationship with the candidates throughout the interviewing process - Responsible with preparing and sending short-lists, candidate profiles and reports to Operation Managers on a daily and weekly basis; - Drafting daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports;

- Advertise Genpact’s open positions through various sourcing channels - Use proactive and various search methods to source candidates, including advertising , employee referrals, personal networking, etc. ; - Maintaining a close relationship with the candidates throughout the interviewing process (communicating status, answering questions) ; - Data input in HR Systems ( Sincron, Taleo)

- Offering support for consultants; - Working with recruiters on their projects; - CV screening; - Scheduling candidate interviews.
