As Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, my role is to partner with the business to understand their recruitment needs for key civil infrastructure positions across the Middle East, develop and implement recruitment strategy to meet these in the most effective way and within budget.

I am primarily responsible for Talent Acquisition for the UAE & Bahrain offices and also support other international locations including Saudi Arabia, Oman & Qatar. Managing entire recruitment life cycle i.e. from receipt of manpower requisition to physical on-boarding of the recruited staff. • Working with the Line Management Functions to understand their recruitment needs and to develop, gain agreement to and implement recruitment policies and plans to meet these in the most effective way.

I joined MSI in Sep 09 and was entrusted with the responsibility of developing a new vertical i.e Construction / Engineering and effectively build a strong client and candidate database. I am responsible for business development, contracts (T&C) negotiation, candidate sourcing, implementing effective client relations and delivery, head hunting, conducting intial cv screening and technical interviews, setting up meetings between the client and shortlisted candidates, conducting reference checks etc

As a Sr. Consultant, I specialised in the recruitment of Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Contracts/Claims Management professionals for the Middle East and North African Construction industry. I was actively involved in business development, strengthening new & existing client relations and building a strong database of locally available construction professionals. I also worked closely with the BBT global resourcing consultants and successfully placed candidates from Asia Pacific, UK

I worked in the Client Relations and Delivery (CRD) team, specialising in Temp (Contract) staffing for Non IT positions i.e. Marketing, Sales and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). I worked with major international companies like 3M, TATA AIG (Insurance), Bharati Infotel (Telecom company), Unilever and IBM.
