Helped grow the company 1200% (from 4 to 52). Trained and managed a team of six consultants over four accounts. Led the German practice. Supported a global hospitality provider’s launch in five European geographies from initial engagement with decision makers to full operation. Devised and executed a two-year strategy to successfully support a global technology company in addressing regulatory and policy changes on European legislation with significant business impacts.

Collected and analysed quantitative and qualitative evidence on the effectiveness of using targets and private sector efficiency models in the public sector. Presented report at the launch event of BCG’s Centre for Public Impact.

Devised a 24/7 media plan involving four offices for a successful pitch to a global mining company. Advised a European insurance company on a £500m M&A target.

Advised on international trade and agricultural policy dossiers. Successfully negotiated several significant positions on behalf of the member‘s constituency/stakeholders. Managed the member‘s PR and designed the social media campaign for his successful re-election.
