Global responsibility to strengthen commercial and manufacturing capabilities of I-Tech AB, boost global marketing and sales activities, define market areas and SCM, accelerate global growth, processing of raw material and chemicals, reinforce development and R&D Projects with major paint makers , focus on performance coatings and marine antifouling products.

P&L responsibility for North and Central America business unit with 2 US manufacturing sites and +60 employees. During this time, I realigned sales force for organic growth, acquired a US based company, refocused product portfolio, and doubled production capacity, which led to an improved market ranking to #1 in segment.

In this role, I drove daily business operations with global P&L responsibility for US sales and manufacturing site with >20 employees. Consequently, I increased profitability by doubling production capacity and manufacturing quality, while creating a safety-conscious culture of ownership and accountability.

I was promoted to manage and increase profitability of product portfolio, endangered by quickly changing regulatory environment and pending significant margin loss. First, I implemented plan to search, develop, and produce an alternative product line. Then I set up manufacturing processes at a site in Frankfurt and led smooth transition of customers to new alternative product line without loss to competition.
