• Job summary content gap analysis (collate existing information, create summaries in new template, highlight gaps and manage inputs for completion) for each job function – link back with Towers Watson consultants. • Supports the facilitation of job function validation sessions. • Lead on the design and roll out of the position/people mapping exercise. • GJC face off to e HR team to understand requirements and coordinate input. • Coordinates GJC input into the data maintenance governance processes.

- Processing orders from Syngenta IMCs up to arrival at agreed destination. - Generating commercial and financial documents to comply with local requirements. - Interacting with IMCs, Logistic Service Providers, Planning, Sites and Warehouses. - Maintaining pro-active communication flow. - Maintaining Master Data in SAP (Product Ranges, Lead Times, Prices etc.). - Generating and monitoring KPIs to drive improvements in Customer Service and Distribution. - Ensuring SOX Compliance.
