General duties in bartending and hospitality including mixing, preparing and serving drinks, dealing with the public and ensuring a high standard of customer care.

Attended weekly rehearsals and regularly performed with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir for concerts and special events.

Managing enquiries for weddings and events, from first point of contact, conducting viewings, making follow-up calls and administration of contracts. One-to-one consultations with clients for upcoming events, giving me excellent customer skills.
