Lead the Technical Service department, for both Diagnostic & Surgical Divisions. It includes Call Center, Dispatch team for Field Service Engineer personnel, Engineering Support team and Training Centre. Establish and manage the Customer Complaints procedures and SOP’s as per ISO & FDA. Instruments database management / Service contracts management / Preventive Maintenance management
