Hired to help grow the Change & Transformation function as well as placing contract and permanent employees into the business change and transformation functions of financial services companies and other blue chip organisations. McGregor Boyall is a global recruitment consultancy established in 1987 with offices throughout the UK as well as globally in Dubai and Singapore.

Initially hired in the PMO area, I went on to deliver contract resources across IT BAPM, Marketing (Marketing & Communications Managers, Campaign Managers, Proposition & Product Managers), Digital and SEO, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, BI & Data. Went on to specialise in placing Business Change & Transformation and Operational specialist contractors, primarily into Financial Services clients as well as FMCG, Media and Telco with a focus on Marketing, Digital, Payments and Innovation projects.
