In my role as an SE at Zoom, I specialized in providing technical consulting and support for enterprise customers on their cloud-first collaboration platforms. I collaborated closely with TAM, AE, and the Product engineering team to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales activities. My expertise in Zoom Phone, contact center, AI, and IAM/SSO solutions allowed me to effectively support customers in optimizing their secure collaboration using the Zoom platform.

Managed Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments with a focus on security governance, compliance, and identity management using Azure AD (Entra ID) and Okta. Led deployment of security controls and compliance processes, including patch management via SCCM. Provided security advisory and enablement to IT teams, driving consistent application of cybersecurity principles across systems and endpoints.

Configured and administered Microsoft security and compliance tools (Azure AD, Intune, AIP) for global UNDP offices, ensuring adherence to strict organizational security policies. Conducted security assessments and evaluated new cloud service features for risk and compliance impact. Developed device enrollment and compliance policies for 300 endpoints, supporting secure BYOD implementations. Managed SharePoint development, management, and led the DocuSign Digital Transformation project implementation.

Maintained and monitored computers, networks, and systems in a Citrix environment. Installed & configured city library computers, hardware, operating systems, and applications. Provided 1st and 2nd level support for all Helsinki City library internal users and customers. Logged the customers and employees queries. Managed inventory management according to specific guidelines.
