I was Junior Engineer in Automation and Process Improvement Department at a Denim producing plant. The main focus of my job was Project Panning and Management. The projects I played a major role in were Product Rationalization in Cotton Spinning Division and Manpower Rationalization at Denim Weaving Department. Other projects in which I assisted were Value Stream Mapping and Layout Designing among others. The nature of this activity was full time employment.
