Working in the core tk (thyssenkrupp) OPX Team in the global HQs in Essen. Active role in strategical creation of the tk production system from green field and setting up the worldwide OPX organization. Conducting Site Assessments on OPX maturity level of tk sites. Identifying improvement actions and leading the implementation of continuous improvement projects both in Shop floor and in Offices. Conducting OPX trainings for both Managers and Operators. Coaching tk Six Sigma belt trainees.

Leading Continuous Improvement, process Optimization and waste reduction projects. Training and auditing all employees on Lean principles and new tools. E.g: Lean Logistics: Improving inbound material process and warehouse deliveries; SMED projects in all Production Departments; Value Stream Analysis and Design end to end; Hoshin Kanri project with Top Management; Shop Floor Management meetings in Production; TPM; Lean Administration: Stand-up meetings and Visual management in the offices;
