Otavio Piske

As an IT specialist, I lead a global team of professionals that is responsible for developing enterprise systems for the telecommunications industry. I have worked on different lanes within the telecommunications industry, including assets and number management, portability infra-structure and service provisioning. I implemented technical solutions and lead the development of key service components for 4G (LTE and WiMax) networks in the US.

Working as a C/C++ Software Developer, I was in charge of developing applications to complement the company products' line. Some of these applications were mission critical client/servers and communication gateways, printer drivers, testing tools, a C++ Framework and several other small applications in C/C++. I also provided consulting to others teams helping them to design and develop infrastructure, to solve low level issues on Linux and FreeBSD and to design and implement security policies.

Working as a Support/Systems Analyst I was a member of a team of programmers, engineers and analysts designing, developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. My role on the team was to administer Windows NT and AS/400 servers, provide IT support for the Curitiba Lear's business plant and solve network issues. Additionally I was part of the team deploying, all over the country, the Lear's do Brasil new ERP.
