-Product development, sampling and sourcing execution for Scotch & Soda Woven-Jersey Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear, Denim, Non-denim and collaborating with design teams -Execution collection development and following up each style in protos and SMS stage with critical path -Implementing data accuracy on PLM during collection development in all stages. -Communication with suppliers and business counter-parts -Supporting 3D product development via Browzwear Vstitcher in terms of pattern and styling accuracy

-Execution development and production follow up for each style in PLM. -Sample and order execution for Tommy Hilfiger Woven Menswear & Womenswear and collaborate with different teams. -Assist the manager for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand's strategy to achieve KPI's. -Communication with vendors and business counter-parts. -Execute based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand. -Price negotiation and cost expectation management.

-Responsible of whole Classic Division of Zara Man at ITX Istanbul Office. -Men’s suit, blazer, classic coat, duffle coat, down jacket, bomber jacket, single trousers, chino trousers, bermuda, shirt, t-shirt and accessory are the main product range which is followed. -Following up the large amount of production schedule from the beginning till the shipment in Turkey and in neighborhood countries. -Price negotiating with suppliers. Elaboration on open costing and being aware of OTB budget, WSSI.

-Following up the whole womenswear and menswear production stage from the development to the shipment with critical paths by computer based interactive program. -Especially, mens suit, men's & womens essentials'(Seamless intimates, socks, lingerie, bathrobe, towel etc...) orders is being followed. -Communicating both with manufacturer and client to achieve full cooperation. -Providing technical support to both parts for getting results in acceptable quality level.

-Managing market research, product development and collection. -Responsible for the whole sourcing and purchasing of fabrics, accessories. -Identifying the right strategies for Silkdale trademark for achieving long term goals. -Coordination sales and production between US and Turkey. -Controlling purchasing budget, analyzing cost and product profitability. -Attending fashion shows to follow the trends, innovations and inspirations. -Sourcing and negotiating business with factories and clients worldwide.

-Responsible for the whole sourcing and purchasing of fabrics, accessories. -Following up the export sales and inventory -Analyzing cost and product profitability. -Managing production process of womenswear and negotiating with apparel merchandisers about approvals and testing.

-Supporting the designers of fast fashion brands about developments. -Handling sample developments in various categories. -Managing local and global market research. -Attending fashion exhibitions to follow up the new trends.

-Assisting the production and collection planning both in finished leather(zig) and shearling. -Assisting the sample development and collection. -Cost evaluation, order tracking. -Following up the boutique production.
