As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt I'm supporting and leading the projects for Transportation and Electronics Business Group at 3M Company. I apply LSS tools to lead projects that impact local and area (EMEA) results.

As the divisional PPC (Primary Packaging Contact) in 3M Packaging Solutions EMEA team, I was the main contact and the lead of all packaging activities for Abrasive Solutions Division. I used to drive regular project reviews with area business leaders to clarify business priorities and discuss for resource allocation to each top business project. In addition to that, regular reviews with divisional packaging engineers used to be held for cascading business project priorities to the resources from countries.
