3rd party Logistics Regional operation handling Kerala and Karnataka region with 7 warehouses (Coca-Cola, Reliance Industries, Garware, Global Green, BILT etc); Budget preparation and Operational Planning for the region.

• Heading the department and functionally reporting to Managing Director Handling four Warehouse; Cochin, Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai. Budget preparation and Operational Planning for the department. Need to meet all cost targets and bring improvement in the area of logistics Responsible for logistics operations including Vendor Development, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution. Will supervise section in charge of Warehousing and Distribution

• Retaining Existing Credit Customers • Signing contracts with new Clients • Liable for Customers Queries and Solution • Responsible for 22 prestigious Clients • Product Presentation and Selling • Quoting Air, Surface and Ocean modes Freight rates • Creating Strategic Planning for week, month and year • Negotiation on contracts • Planning and development on various Strategies of department
