Machine procurement, design and developing layouts, Facility planning, productivity-quality improvement. New technology introduction for supporting Processes planning with in-process checkpoints to minimize defect outflow.

Responsibilities-  Installation & commissioning of AUTOMOTIVE projects.  Programming in PLC-S7-300(SIEMENS), HMI-OP77B,OP177,KTP600,Siemens servo drive, RFID, SCANNER-bar code & 2D Code, SATO printer-2D & bar code  Communication type-Profibus & profinet.  RFID System Design & Implementation.(Siemens)  Third party interface

 Preventive maintenance & calibration of instruments in 300 TPD Oil Refinery (DESMET BALLASTRA DESIGN), Filtration (DESMET BALLASTRA DESIGN), packaging & Boiler (THERMAX DESIGN).  Successfully applied SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) & SAP MM Module implementation.  Successfully implemented RFID System in packaging plant.  Hands-on experience on maintenance and selection of all type Sensors, transmitter, Solenoids, actuators and control valves.
