Design, specification, and maintenance of PLC control software for MOCVD systems within the Beckhoff TwinCAT environment. Responsible for configuring fieldbus systems (EtherCAT, DeviceNet) and creating project-specific master configurations.

Designed and developed digital twins using SIMIT and Unity3D. Simulated production processes to proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions before real-world implementation. This approach improved process efficiency and reduced operational risks.

Development of inverters, connections and communication and safety systems to enable command transmission and safely shut down the vehicle in the event of a fault.

Commissioning of the Stratasys UPrint SE Plus 3D printer, cost reduction by resetting the printer's EEPROM and training of students and staff.

Installation of sensors, electrical system, pushbuttons, emergency stop switches, control cabinet and HMI as well as the pneumatic system for a laser marker.
