In Manning Global we provide international and specialized staffing services, mainly in the Telecoms, Engineering, IT, Defense and Construction industries. Our main focus is on quality, flexible solutions, that fit the needs of our clients, by providing and Account Management service and our expertise in the recruitment field.

As a sourcer I was in charge of providing good and viable candidates for strategic positions in Brazil. I mostly sourced for commercial, operations and marketing roles.

I assisted several areas (sales, communications, legal and compliance) with all HR processes. My activities included recruitment and selection of interns, helping our clients with all HR petitions, supporting HRBPs with all movements of associates (new arrivals, terminations, lateral movements, salary changes) as well as database updating and monthly reports.
