My role as Key Account Manager for focused on our most important Italian customer. I took care of the implementations of our RBT solution, mediating with my IT department based in India, our customer and third parties (like content aggregators). Once the service went live, I took care of defining the marketing actions and product policies that would help us hit the goal we set in the business plan.
My role was partly focused on managing our most important clients (mobile operators and IPTV providers), and in part on managing the team in charge of the operations. I was also in charge of the relationships with third party providers (mobile game companies and video producers) and of the editorial management of the mobile game stores of Vodafone and TIM.
